in the design and manufacturing of hardened rolls and
dies for a variety of other applications. With multiple
CNC lathes and
state of the art vacuum furnaces we can guarantee great
quality with the fastest delivery. Available in D2, M1, & Hi-Cobalt
Steel, Accu Trak can do it all.
Accu Trak stocks 2 types of hardened rolls in various common sizes. The first type is used as a "Burnishing Roll" and has a hand-polished finish on the O.D. The other is most often used as a "Support Roll" and is unpolished. These are great tools for your burnishing and support roll applications. "Support Rolls" are 1/2 the price of "Burnishing Rolls".
